This is done in writing within 15 calendar days, either to the contact email address shown on the insurer\u2019s website or to its registered address by Ukrposhta. The notification must include the new owner\u2019s personal details.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>If the policyholder dies, the rights and obligations under the live policy pass to whoever inherits the vehicle.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The MTPL policy remains valid when the vehicle changes hands, right up until it expires.
